Part of Indonesia’s Riau Archipelago, with a short boat ride from the city of Singapore, Bintan island attracts hundred thousand of visitors annually as a resort destination offering secluded beaches and diverse water sports. Located at the east coast of the Bintan Island, the development comprises of a beachfront hotel and water villas. Perched along 240,000-square-foot (5.5 acres) land, the hotel consists of five blocks, an outdoor restaurant, an infinity pool and a rock spa, all designed to fully immerse the guests with nature and panoramic sea view.

Worth-mentioning, at the north end of the development, the rock spa is featured to create a semi-outdoor space for relaxation. “Wavy, rhythmical” pattern is incorporated into the landscape and façade to signify the concept inspired by ocean waves. Moreover, an undulating pathway where 10 water villas can be seen along the way leads to the island which accommodates 5 presidential suites, a themed restaurant and a chapel for special occasions. Constructed of mainly timber which depicts locality and tropical rustic architecture, the hotel and villas can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Located at Jalan Kiara, comprising retail and office space, aims to provide the surrounding neighborhoods, a community shopping center with a family-friendly ambience and an alternative workspace environment. Together, the corporate office tower and office suites block, will offer international and local businesses a new haven away from the hustle bustle of the city centre.

The shopping center has a bright and lofty central atrium with dramatic skylights and surrounded by several levels of retail shops, providing more comfort and conveniences suited to our local lifestyle and climate. The oval-shaped atrium and the generous front plaza with a grand flight of steps forming almost an informal amphitheatre setting, are envisioned to be venues for family-oriented community events. The shopping podium is topped by a landscaped roof terrace with supporting recreational facilities such as fitness centre, pool, children's play area and tennis courts

MyTOWN Shopping Centre, located on Jalan Cochrane. One of the main feature of MyTOWN Shopping Centre is the size of its landscape area which is 0.8 hectare in total. The landscape concept for the mall is to create a unique experience of a ‘Mall in the Garden’. The external landscape features an external event space, 11m high rain drop sculpture and a sunken garden with outdoor performance stage for the visitors to enjoy art and cultural activities.

The garden path with skateboard ramp integrated with the seating and water jets play provides physical activities to encourage healthy lifestyle and productive activities for all age group. The high-quality materials selected such as granite pavement for the external event space area, Metalco products from Italy for external loose furniture, Astral Pool water features product from Spain and Elmich Greenwall system from Singapore are the list of landscape component used in this prestigious project.

Located in Precinct 1, The Everly Putrajaya Hotel is connected to the Alamanda Shopping Centre. The hotel is managed by The Everly Group. The hotel boasts 380 guest rooms, 1,000 seats banquet hall, eight meeting rooms, coffee-house, cafe lounge, swimming pool as well as an executive and air crew lounges.
