The Tribeca Serviced Suites is designed as two residential towers merged into one development linked via a central atrium. The simple yet chic rectilinear composition expresses contemporary sophistication standing amongst the city’s sought-after addresses, situated within the heart of the Golden Triangle. The 32 and 37 storey towers bear 318 units on a V-shaped floor plan. The tower offers luxurious serviced suites, providing an array of smaller studios ranging from 510 sq.ft, to larger apartment suites and loft type units sizing up to 1,293 sq.ft. The development boasts high-end amenities such as infinity sky-pools on rooftop levels with pool-side putting greens, together with modish office and retail spaces on lower levels. Five rectangular portals frame the themed sky pods, impersonating large windows on the main elevations. Bearing themes such as business, social, jungle, zen and fitness, the concept of these double and triple volume sky facilities is to act as entryways to draw fresh air into the central atrium. The openings also bring in natural lighting, promote the flow of natural ventilation and encourage the stack effect thus cooling the towers. The project was completed in September 2017.

Proposed 64 unit link homes (22 X 75’) & 10 unit link homes (20 X 70’) in Phase 2B at Seksyen 8 Kota Puteri. The design is based on two concepts: Modern Contemporary and Tropical Contemporary.The Modern Contemporary concept is a combination of a flat concrete roof parking place and balcony with interesting pole design. The Tropical Contemporary concept is appropriate to the local climate where tropical characteristics are adapted and used such as double-pitched roof and the use of earth color tones on the facade.
