In collaboration with Baysinger Partners Architecture, the Friends of Tryon Creek Education Pavilion reimagines environmental learning in Oregon’s only urban state park. Officially opened on 20 September 2025, the $2.7 million structure replaces the 1975 Glenn Jackson shelter with a contemporary interpretation of traditional Chinook plankhouses. Designed for year-round education, the Pavilion includes dual classrooms with Nanawall folding glass walls that open into a unified gathering space. Locally sourced Western Red Cedar, basalt-inspired bluestone flooring, and commissioned artworks by Coquille, Shoalwater Bay, Grand Ronde and Chinook artists root the architecture in regional heritage. The 2,900 sq ft Pavilion doubles the site’s educational capacity and serves as a signature community gateway into the urban forest.

Originally established as Metropolitan College, Inti International College was designed to offer local twinning programs in collaboration with universities from Australia, America, and Canada. The campus features three distinct blocks on a 0.97 hectares plot of land, each dedicated to a specific program, seamlessly connected through cloistered walkways. Central shared facilities, including the library, administration block, lecture hall, canteen, and main entrance lobby, foster a sense of community and accessibility. Designed with expansive verandah corridors and breezeways that encircle a central courtyard, the campus offers an open, airy environment conducive to learning. It accommodates 1,300 students and was completed in 1993.

SMPK Bumbong Lima, a government school with facilities for students with Special Education Needs (SEN). It is located on a 9.6 acres land at Bumbung Lima, Pulau Pinang. The school caters for a population of 160 disabled secondary students with full barrier free facilities including workshops, hostels, warden units and sport general facilities. The overall compound area of the site is 20.5 acres where the remaining 10.9 acres is reserved for conventional secondary school SMK Dato Onn.

The building’s layout is in the configuration of a spine connecting each building block, from the 4-storeys academic block to the workshops, student co-curricular activity center, multipurpose canteen hall, library and prayer hall. Although the spine stretches along three cascading levels, it is mindfully designed with ramps and elevators that allow the disabled students to move freely around the building without difficulties and feeling indifferent.

The building is designed with the aim to advocate users on the needs of physically disabled person. A grand facade inspired by Braille coding is introduced at the entrance of the Main Administrative Building. This façade introduces brail language pattern carrying the alphabets [ S M P K ] which also acts as opening for natural ventilation to the corridor behind the wall. The design planning of the compound houses a few courtyards to provide quiet and protected spaces particularly for the SEN students. Glass panel railings are designed along the corridors to prevent children with challenging behavior to climb walls, run away from educators or cause harm to themselves. Sufficient clearances around furniture and equipment, circulation areas, etc. are also catered for the ease of mobility of the SEN students and even the staffs.CorridorIn overall, universal design practice is efficiently designed even though under budget constraints.

Located in a 26 Acres site in Ampang Hilir, The new campus for the International School of Kuala Lumpur will be an opportunity to bring all three parts of ISKL (elementary, middle and high school) back together again in one location in a new space fully appropriate to the school’s unique identity. The new school will accommodate 2000 students with a provision to expand to 2.500 students in the future. The school is to be a sustainable exemplar both for the region and the world, aiming to obtain a BGI Platinum rating.

The programs comprise a performing Arts Centre adjacent to the music, arts and drama departments, two separate gyms, to swimming pools 50m and a 25 m, 3 football fields, a running track, tennis and badminton courts, student activity spaces, cafeterias, science labs. The various parts of the school are linked by a curvilinear “spine” building that links the public area of the city and the private world of the school. The heart of the school is the central plaza and the performing Arts Centre –a complex of performance, gallery and gathering spaces- where the school community can come together.

The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) approaches sustainability in a holistic manner, addressing all issues such as energy efficiency, materials, resources, indoor environment quality, waste disposal, transportation energy, building services and water efficiency. ISKL aims to achieve a minimum of Platinum Green Rating under Malaysia’s Green Building Index (GBI) rating tool, with a target of 90 points. The project was done in conjunction with HOK Architects of UK.

Clients : Tropicana Corporation Berhad
The school will accommodate 2,700 students, on a 6.1 acre site being part of the Dijaya development, an existing prestigious residential community. This school includes pre-school, primary and secondary; multi colored louvred fins provide a striking effect on the façade as well as providing solar shading to the building. The colors will reflect light in the class rooms and also help identify different areas throughout the school creating a sense of place as students use the spaces. The façade will create a strong identity to passers by and all the end users.

Client : Iskandar Investment Berhad
The project consists of 2 parallel blocks with a central courtyard that allows students, staff and visitors to experience the blurring edges of formal and informal teaching. The classrooms and laboratories are connected with pedestrian link bridges and an innovative ETFE roofing is introduced to bring natural lighting into this 4-storey space.

The campus, totaling 27,000 sf. offers Law, Business, Built Environment, Chemistry and Pharmacy degrees to approximately 2,000 students alongside 400 teaching and support staff. The project was done in conjunction with Scott Brownrigg Architects of the UK.

Client : Perdana Park City Developments Sdn. Bhd
The school will accommodate 1,200 students, on a 3.02 acre site being part of the Desa Park City Development, an existing prestigious gated residential community. This school includes pre-school, primary and secondary based on IB Curriculum. Located in the heart of Desa Park City Development, comprises a series of linear blocks connected by an internal street atrium.

Client : Ministry of Education, Malaysia 
The school caters for a population of 800 disabled vocational students with full barrier free facilities such as workshops, hostels, staff quarters and sport facilities. The building's layout is inspired by the shape of fingers. It consists of a three-storeys academic block and workshop with a spine that ties together all the blocks and the administration building. This spine is a three-level horizontal linkage that will provide a efficient promenade for the disabled students to move about. At the end of the spine is the student co curriculum activity Centre and multipurpose canteen hall which also connect the library and surau. 

Client : Nakheel Jumeirah Park Development 
The school which accommodates 1,600 students, 800 Primary & 800 Secondary from a cross section of the expatriate population on a 7.1 acre site being part of the Nakheel Jumeirah Park Development adjacent to Emirates Hills, an existing prestigious residential area. 

This school is located in the heart of Jumeirah Park Development, Dubai and comprises of 3 stories of 7 interconnected buildings, physically or visually either by pergola walkways, or via overhead bridge in addition to open courtyards with clear sight lines for security and ease of monitoring. 

Inspired by 'Oundle UK and local architecture', the design is developed by incorporating this regularity and consistency throughout the school complex. 

The design approach is mainly giving sensitivity towards the occupants' behavior from kindergarten to senior students, not forgetting as well the administrators and the public, which also includes the unfortunate ones, e.g. disabled people. 

This 30,000sqm of development is also supported by a good balance of sports and health facilities apart from the signature 'Oundle Great Hall' as a return facility to the community. 

Client: Marlborough College

Marlborough College Malaysia is the first international campus of this long-established private school in Wiltshire, United Kingdom. The 35 ha campus combines a broad range of arts and sports facilities interwoven into the architectural fabric of the sprawling campus. VERITAS led the architectural design of the Sixth Form Centre block by incorporating modern colonial and tropical architecture harmoniously. The internal spaces of this 2-story open plan informal recreational facility are well-lit with natural daylighting while also allowing students and educators to adapt to the natural setting of Malaysia's tropical environment.

VERITAS also worked in collaboration with HOK Architects for the Preparatory School block. This 3-story complex of about 12,000 sm, sits at the edge of the campus and is organized along a strong circulation axis. It houses administrative areas, a school hall, dining area and kitchen, music/drama room, library, science labs and 30 classrooms of various types and sizes. The character of this latest addition to the Marlborough campus complements the institutional style of the surrounding buildings.

Stonyhurst International School, Penang is a coeducational day and boarding school for pupils from 3 years to 18 years from all religious denominations and secular belief systems.

Client : King’s College
The school, its facilities design and landscape approach set out  to capture the essence of King’s College philosophy based on the local identity while engaging the surrounding nature. Expressed in a contemporary design approach, the school; set in a place of staggering beauty with minimal intrusion to nature, provide the play with contrast light and shadow in a dialogue with nature.

In this we hope to have provided a stunning, modern proposal that both capture the essence of King’s College UK and is observant and complimentary to the rich Omani culture and architecture.

Located at Bangi Selangor, the service proposed of work is construction and completion of the PETRONAS new leadership campus (PLC). Total land area Designed to nestle within a heavily landscaped estate, the new Petronas Leadership Centre is a sprawling 14 ha campus located near Bangi, Selangor. The campus is designed to encourage social collaboration and enhance future learning experiences through innovative spaces in support of Petronas’ corporate and work culture.

The design objective was to distil the essence of an experiential journey to encourage maximum interactive encounters among all employees, while retaining the integrity of the Petronas ethos. This translates into a focus that transcends imitation or pastiche. At the same time, there was an impetus to break away from traditional campus planning, to innovate and adapt the design to the locality whilst celebrating the purpose of the organization.

The form of the 45,000 sm campus is a curved central pedestrian spine that becomes a main infrastructure focus and which links all building components. Class rooms and accommodation blocks are thus interweaved closely to create spacial cohesion. Spaces are physically connected via crossing pedestrian bridges adjoining classrooms, guest rooms and public spaces to allow seamless visual interaction and connectedness to all parts of the program.

The cascading building form, responding directly to the project’s physical demands, introduces a new skyline to the existing flat greenfield site. The campus is designed to nestle into nature and embrace a vast manmade lake which offers acoustic and visual buffers.
