The JCX Business Tower delivers a unique ensemble of podium retail and high-rise office spaces in this 27,000 sqm, B3F+14F structure in the new Bashundhara district of Dhaka. Its design symbolizes the optimism and enthusiasm associated with the steady economic growth of Bangladesh with three distinct volumes; the ACP clad high-rise box with a whimsical group of windows of different sizes and depths, holding up a dancing-fin curtain wall glass box high above the podium with floating jute-leaf pattern screens that provides a play of shadows, crowned by a lush roof-top garden.
