The Net Zero Apartments on Lombard Street in Portland Oregon is a pilot project by the Client that aims to embody Oregon’s claims as the leader in zero energy buildings. It consists of 2 identical blocks of 24 units apartment building with a plot ratio of 1:1.54.

Net Zero energy buildings have the capacity to produce as much or more energy than they consume over the course of a year. To achieve this target, the 3-storey development comes equipped with insulated walls and roof, triple pane windows and approximately 112 panels of rooftop photovoltaic array that covers the entire roof of the apartment block. To encourage reduction in the carbon footprint, the apartment blocks also come with ample and easily accessible bicycle storage at Ground Floor.

In line with VERITAS’ post-pandemic and resilient design ethos, balconies are incorporated into the design at the front of the apartment buildings to act as a small outdoor area that can be used as a mini garden, exercise yard or simply an intimate outdoor area for the occupants to enjoy the morning sun. The balconies also provide shade during summer and allow unrestricted sunlight to enter the units during winter.

Glenmarie, a unique and most exclusive residential address and it is inspired by the elements of nature and the quiet tranquility of its surrounding landscape, Glenmarie Garden will represent the new benchmark in luxury gated communities. Seventy-two luxurious bungalows are to be intricately woven into a fabric of pedestrian walkways, lush vegetation, water features, street furniture and parks to achieve an environment of perfect harmony.

The Light' waterfront housing is the residential component of a mixed commercial development taking shape on the waterfront of the coastal city of Butterworth. The scheme draws inspiration from the idea of having a waterfront outside your door step. The scheme consists of 152 apartments units in an apartment block and 24 double-storeys water villas. The layout of the rectilinear apartment units is configured to overlook the Penang Bridge and the cityscape of Butterworth. The water villas are sited a few meters away from the waterway and a broad entry hall frames the waterway, effectively orientating the interiors' perspective towards the water. The units are designed for large families with a built-up area of 2500 sq ft.each.

Duta Nusantara is a luxury resort home "gated community" development consisting of 35-acres of landscaped grounds, 136 semi-detached homes and 42 bungalows. The challenge was to design residences with a resort lifestyle themed concept in a contemporary architectural vocabulary. The project is located in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.

Client : Mudajaya Land 
The Mudajaya development at Bukit Ledang, Kuala Lumpur consist of 8 units of strata bungalows and 2 units of condo villas in a gated community. Each unique will share common facilities in the heart of the development.

Thomson Tropica is within a 53164m² enclave, it is an oasis of serenity within the heart of the 'rich & famous' neighborhood surrounded by Ipoh's own prestigious Golf Course, Royal Club and Race Course. Here in the tranquility and natural beauty of a secure community, one may discover a refuge from the hectic pace of the busy city. Fifty tastefully designed bungalows complimented by a well planned streetscape, open spaces, water features, a recreational park, pedestrian walkways and an abundantly landscaped environment.

The second phase of Cyberia town villas offers first class amenities combined with a modern, innovative and comfortable design features. These lavish dwellings deep in the heart of Malaysia's IT Hub were carefully designed with a prevalent theme of elegance, practicality and space. This project is schedule to be completed by the end of 2004. 

Client : IJM Land Berhad
Trehaus is an exclusive low density residential development nestled within an enclave of Bukit Jambul Penang. Comprising of 26 units of semi-detached villas the development is surrounded with lush greenery and an exceptional view of the straits and Penang Bridge.

To achieve maximum and unobstructed views of the surrounding, the two and three storey semi-detached villas are designed to elevate above ground. The arrangements of the plots in tiers are to minimize earth cutting while maintaining the natural form of the hill slopes.

Bukit Dumbar is a man-made hill located atop an underground water reservoir, an undeveloped swampy land up until the 1960s. The site has good access from the Jelutong Expressway and is located diagonal to Light City, a major development slated to increase property value in the area. This residential enclave is banking on its proximity to the Penang Bridge and Light city, a self-contained development, local amenities and its proximity to the Jelutong Expressway, the main travel artery of the Penang Island to sell its units. The site is a former squatter area. This project is about creating a neighborhood that is conducive to fostering a sense of continuity especially to the surrounding areas, segregated from each other by the Jelutong Expressway.
