Status : Completed

Located in Shah Alam Selangor. The proposed of work is Decide to refurbish their existing building located at Old Wing and to design and construct a New Wing and Expand into Neighbouring Land with new office building. Combination of refurbishment work for an existing block, plus the design and construction of additional office/carpark wing next to the existing block and data centre on an adjacent lot. Total combined office area gross is estimated about 202,000 sq ft with data centre estimated gross about 128,000 sq ft.

Status : Completed 2012

The Sapura@Mines Building was constructed in 1999 and is located at the side of the lake. This 10 storey building is cladded with natural granite stone and crowned with an onion dome.

Client : Melaka International Cruise Terminal (MICT)
Status : Design Stage

The Cruise Jetty of MICT is located in Melaka Gateway development area in Bandar Hilir, Melaka Tengah, Melaka, Malaysia. It was designed to accommodate gigantic cruise ship ever exist in the world like Oasis of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas and even Symphony of the Seas (with overall length of 362m).
