The site of this project is approximately 10 acres in size. The proposed mix development project is split up into two phases of works.

The Proposed Phase 1 Works, consists of the execution and completion of the piling works, the construction of three levels of the shopping complex with 1 level of basement.

The Proposed Phase 2 Works, will consists of the following:-

• The construction of three more levels of podium
• The construction of a 12-storey Small Office Home Office (SOHO) building block on the podium deck
• The construction of a 17-storey Service Apartment building block on the podium deck
• The construction of a 16-storey Studio Apartment building block on the podium deck
