The proposed of work is Decide to refurbish their existing building located at Old Wing and to design and construct a New Wing and Expand into Neighbouring Land with new office building. Combination of refurbishment work for an existing block, plus the design and construction of additional office/carpark wing next to the existing block and data centre on an adjacent lot. Total combined office area gross is estimated about 202,000 sq ft with data centre estimated gross about 128,000 sq ft.
